Paying with ShapShapp should be easy, and understanding what you're paying should be just as simple. We keep our charges straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Mobile Money charges

Standard Mobile Money processing charges apply to every payment.

1% of the transaction amount.
Capped at ₵20 for payments of ₵2,000 or more.

These charges are set by our payment processing partners, not added as a ShapShapp markup.

Our service fee

ShapShapp adds a flat ₵0.10 (10 pesewas)per transaction, regardless of how much you're paying.

This helps us keep payments simple, reliable, and accessible.

No surprises at checkout

You'll see the total amount before confirming your payment. Any applicable charges are included in your Mobile Money prompt, so there are no additional charges from ShapShapp afterward.
