This page explains how to request deletion of your ShapShapp Merchant account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

To delete your ShapShapp Merchant account and associated data, email samuel@shapshapp.com from your registered phone number, or use the form below with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize account-related data where permitted by law, including:

  • Your merchant account profile and business details
  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Identity verification records held by ShapShapp
  • Application usage data linked to your account
  • Customer support communications related to your account

Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, or payment compliance obligations. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and kept only for the required period.

Complete the form below. Your email app will open with the subject line “Account deletion request” already filled in.
